How much and what support will I get?

As much as you need. We will explore your wants and needs and can propose a package ranging from no or minimal support for optimal costs all the way to “just back your bags, arrive and have your baby”. It is our priority to ensure everybody has the level of support that makes them feel comfortable.

When traveling , does it matter that my child has a different passport than me?

No, this is not a problem! It can actually make for an entertaining immigration experience. But it is important to keep track of the visa requirements for the various citizenships in your family in case you travel. Lastly, here are some recommendations (not requirements) to ensure you are good to go, no matter what may happen:
Travel with the birth certificate of your child – in rare cases this can be of value as a supporting document.
When only one parent is traveling with the child, bring a notarized document stating that the parent is allowed to travel with the child.
